Fabbtel ("we", "us") provides an IPTV subscription service and the Fabbtel TV application for Samsung Smart TV (Tizen), Android TV and related devices. This policy explains what data the Fabbtel TV application collects, why, and how it is used.

When the Fabbtel TV application connects to our service, it may automatically send the following information to our servers:

• Device MAC address — used to identify and authorize your specific television/device for your IPTV subscription.
• IP address — recorded automatically by our server when the app contacts it (standard web server logging), used for security and troubleshooting.
• Device identifier — an internal ID generated from your device's MAC address, used to link your device to your subscription record.
• Device information — manufacturer, model name, and operating system/platform (e.g. "Samsung-Tizen"), used to provide compatible content and troubleshoot playback issues.
• Application version — used to notify you of updates and diagnose version-specific issues.

We do not collect names, email addresses, or payment details through the television application itself. Subscription and billing information, where provided, is collected separately (e.g. when you register as a customer on our website) and is used solely to manage your subscription.

3. Why we collect this data

• To authenticate your device and grant access to the channels, movies and series included in your subscription.
• To activate, renew, or manage your subscription status.
• To provide technical support and diagnose playback or connectivity issues.
• To improve service reliability across different TV models and manufacturers.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell or rent your data to third parties. Your device and subscription data is stored on our own servers and is not shared with advertisers. Content is streamed via our IPTV middleware infrastructure solely to deliver the service you are subscribed to.

Device and subscription records are retained for as long as your subscription is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for support and record-keeping purposes, after which they may be deleted or anonymized.

Fabbtel TV is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children through the application beyond the technical device data described above.
